Presentation Demand for young researchers with wide background in Economics and a special training on behavioural models is steadily growing both in private and public research centres. The Doctoral School in Economics and Management offers a wide training for research in the fields of decision sciences, organisation, human and natural resource management and the functioning of markets, with a special attention to methodologies used in a behavioural approach to economic studies. The Departments of Economics and the Department of Management and Computer Science have a strong international reputation in this field and in modelling markets and organisations through computational and experimental methods. A behavioural approach is increasingly adopted to obtain predictions about market dynamics, particularly in the fields of finance, natural resources, and consumption. The same behavioural approach is adopted also to design organisations and institutions.
